If we thought Day 1 was a success, Day 2 was absolutely amazing. It only took 2 hours from harvest to halved. It only took 25 mintues to dehair the enter pig. Each time we butcher we learn from our mistake and grow as farmers. Being able to raise and butcher our own food is such a blessing.
