SETTING UP MY 2020 WELLNESS PLANNER USING HAPPY PLANNER® WELLNESS COLLECTION

Hey Vibemakers!

Follow along as I set up my Wellness Planner for 2020. It was such a serene and joyful experience using the new Wellness Collection from The Happy Planner®.

I decided to prep my first week of January 2020 in The Happy Planner® Be (Well)ness Classic Planner. I used some awesome motivational quotes from the Wellness VPS and Wellness Accessory Book.

Something I am super excited about in this collection are the Mood Tracker Classic Sheets! They are a great addition to my weekly spreads for my wellness journey. I will be keeping track of my mood each day by drawing on the emoji faces. Habit tracking will have me keeping track of my reading, positive affirmations, and prayer/meditation. Finally gratitude journaling will be tracked on the back of the sheet with the cute mason jar of gratitude!

I also will be doing a monthly check in with the self reflection sheets found inside the Wellness Planner Companion.
