NOTE: While this is more of a progress video than a true HOW TO video, there may be some helpful information for some of you. I will share some of the troubleshooting things we did along the way. It is noteworthy that we have never built any kind of structure before (Kit or no kit). We watched lots of Youtube videos before starting like you are doing. I know that this video is just one of many that you are using as part of your research. Here is what I know to be true

I - Make sure your foundation is level and square
II - If you are an amateur like we were, it's best to have more than one set of eyes and hands to work with you.

The location of our greenhouse was on unlevel ground. We had to dig down where the back wall would be and build up where the door would be. To assure we could do this, we used severe weather posts to place the base plate on. Here is a timeline of when we tackled specific things in the manual.
