flat white
• Originated in Australia is a coffee drink
consisting of espresso and micro foam
• micro foam( steamed milk with small, fine
bubbles and glossy or velvety consistency )
• having a higher proportion of coffee to milk
allowing the espresso to dominate the flavor

Cortado
• Originated in Spain is a beverage consisting
of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of milk to reduce the acidity
• the milk is steamed and not froth and texturized
• cortado is stronger than flat white
