attach open SMA to CH0 - OPEN
attach short SMA to CH0 - SHORT
attach 50ohm load SMA to CH0 - LOAD
attach 50ohm load SMA to CH0 and CH1 at same time - ISOLN
attach cable(s) to both CH0 and CH1 to create RF path between - THRU
DONE
SAVE
using 50ohn loads on both channels for isolation cal lowers the noise floor
