This video shows how I use an ingrown toenail tool (Black’s File) to treat ingrown toenails conservatively. This fine tip file is used to smooth the edges of the nail after trimming the nail to reduce any sharp edges that could cause an ingrown toenail. This tool is helpful in treating ingrown toenails, removing dead skin build up in the nail sulcus and preventing possible infected ingrown toenails.
