This is not just a how to install video. This video goes through everything that you'll need to worry about when flashing a rom. If you've flashed a few roms before, feel free to skip around the video. The average person that has never flashed a rom before, may do this and then go, "CRAP, WHERE IS ALL OF MY APPS and STUFF? Damn you wwjoshdew!!!" So I show how to backup your apps and phone. Install CM11, and then what all stuff to do once you have CM11 installed. Maybe separating this into at least two videos would be better, but I didn't. I combined it all into one video. Enjoy... or don't! :P
