Tekstil konservasyonunda düz dokuma tekstilleri koruma altına alabilmek için tekniklerden biri olan rulo kaplama işlemini geleneksel yöntemlerle çalıştım. Elbette asitsiz farklı malzemeler ile de bu kaplamalar yapılmaktadır. Tüm farklı tekniklerin eğitimlerini atölyemizde açılan kurslarda vermekteyiz. Elimizdeki imkanlara göre değerlendirme yapabilmek için tüm teknikleri bilmek gereklidir. Daha sonra bütçeye ve alana göre doğru olanı seçip uygulamak daha sağlıklı olacaktır. In textile conservation, I worked with traditional methods of roll coating, which is one of the techniques to protect plain woven textiles. Of course, these coatings are also made with different acid-free materials. We provide training in all different techniques in the courses opened in our workshop. It is necessary to know all the techniques in order to make an evaluation according to the possibilities we have. Then it will be healthier to choose and apply the right one according to the budget and area. Conservation processes are as important as restoration processes.
