What if Kali Countered Mira?

In this video I talk about the current state of Rainbow Six Siege and in particular Mira's place in the game. I think Mira is an operator with an insane ban rate, and where most would think she needs a nerf, my solution is to add more counters. I believe if Kali was a direct counter to mira, we would see a decrease in the bans of Mira as well as thatcher.
