I had to do this one over. I made a mistake with the status LEDs and then I decided that we really didn't need a 12VDC output. 99.999% of guitar pedals use 9VDC center negative on a 2.1mm barrel jack. The other .001 use 18VDC, so 12 was not needed.

What we end up with is an 8 output 9VDC center neg filtered guitar pedal power supply.
