My first marathon experience in life happened to be in Prague, and it was an emotional, mental, and physical roller coaster. 😬😬😬 I thought it worthwhile to at least document the journey, mostly for myself, family, and friends that have known of my endless 5-time-a-week runs for the last 5+ months, but also for those that may be interested in approaching this challenge. 🏃🏾‍♀️ Not going to lie... At first, I was a bit hesitant to upload, considering the said “emotional rollercoaster” 😂, but honestly, I don’t know who else to be if not the most authentic me, one of the reasons I started with my channel and called it #NaturallyKenya, so here it is!
