TWIDDLEFINGER is a one-shot, Aethos-inspired mod created by Gibz under the alias of MAXPROLOVER988. It is based on the YouTube channel Max Design Pro, and by extension, the "gegagedigedagedago" meme. The mod has two endings, each determined by player input.

On July 1, 2025, Gibz announced that the mod was meant to have received an anniversary update.[3][1] Said update would have included An Ode To A Friend, a gallery including a timeline of the mod's development, and a "beta" mix for TWIDDLEFINGER, featuring finished versions of the original scrapped sprites,[4] despite this, an anniversary update never released and it's unknown if much or if any content was made for it.

However, It doesn't mean this mod won't be updated, Gibz has said the mod will receive an update in the far future with plans for it, just not now. #twiddlefinger #twiddlefingerbeta #fpy #fypシ
