COVID insurance approved by the Thai government (up to 70 years old):

Some insurers have limitations on coverage, i.e. Pacific Cross does not cover you for the first 15 days you are in Thailand. The first 15 days while you are in quarantine is the most likely time you will contract COVID (and have to pay expensive hospital bills) so this is very important!
COVID insurance requirement for visa exemption: 45 days coverage
COVID insurance requirement for TR visa: 2 months coverage
COVID insurance requirement for Elite visa: 3 months coverage
COVID insurance requirement for Non-O visas (valid for 3 months): 3 months coverage

UPDATES! (last updated 21 May 2021)

The ASQ requirement is 14 days/15 nights (previously reduced to 7 days if you've been vaccinated or 10 days if you have not been vaccinated, but the increase in COVID cases in Thailand brought the requirement back to 14 days for everyone).

Fit to Fly Certificate is no longer required!

*Correction regarding the COE: You have 15 days (from part 1 when you are given a 6 digit code) to upload your flight and ASQ information. If you do not upload it within 15 days, your application will expire and you must start over again. The COE does not expire.
