A los 19 años, proveniente de San Miguel Totolapan, Guerrero, Cristóbal creó el Acelerador de Partículas más barato en el mundo. Su sueño: que todos los jóvenes que viven en la sierra tengan acceso a la ciencia, como el lo tuvo cuando llegó a la UNAM.

UNAM student, at 19 he built the cheapest particle accelerator. This Project led him to lead and cofound Fundación Ciencia Sin Fronteras (Science without borders foundation), with the aim of searching for young indigenous talent.
