00 Introduction
00 Where to Ask Questions
19 First, Four BTC and !000 Sol in cold wallet. Best place to stake Sol? Phantom? Historically I have been my own custodian for crypto. I gets phishing texts and e-mails daily. If I sell BTC and put proceeds in a BTC ETF the tax consequences of the sale are substantial If I wait for BTC to double the tax consequences are double. What is the cost-benefit analysis to selling BTC and buying the ETF equivalent vs continuing to self custody?
16 So Many Places to Stake - Google Top SOL Val
53 Self Custody BTC
58 Moving BTC to ETF
05 The new Frontier… $ASST Asset Entities aka Strive
06 Quick Summary
26 35 years old - teacher - living in Germany - 1700 EUR to invest per month, seeking financial freedom “as fast” but “secure” as possible (in 15 years would be OK ;)) - no active trading - best would be a set and forget plan - in what to invest / how would you structure the investment per month? FTSE ALL World ETF, TSLA, NVIDIA, MSTR, BTC separate? What would be your 1700 monthly invest portfolio of choice to retire early.
35 Assumptions
29 High Level
55 Quick Table
13 Quick Chart - you get to $2M by 2035
45 Rem if you DCA on Steroids
19 Question re: Leaps on TSLA
03 Your New Margin if TSLA goes to $650 by Dec 2026
25 Cash Required to Exercise TSLA LEAPS
58 Margin Required to Exercise TSLA LEAPS
43 AJ: Tesla Exponential Times Incoming
49 What are your levels for CEP? (Now ASST) I won’t chase but if the marco weakens enough, I’ll snipe.
28 $CEP
10 $ASST
51 The NAV on MSTR is now 2 and Saylor wants to keep it that way. Thus, does that mean that if there are no more increases in the NAV, the stock will move almost exactly like BTC in the future? It would no longer outperform?
15 NAV premium of 2 doesn’t mean MSTR tracks BTC’s price 1:1.
18 Share Accretion - up 8.2x Since 2020
34 I want to convince my wife to move away from treasury bonds. She wants safest investment option for a Doomsday / rainy day situation. (Not Real-estate). There is no way on earth she is willing to handle volatility (or high risk) on any of our favorite TSLA, MSTR , BTC, etc usual suspects. Would it be then an interesting option for her to allocate such capital instead on STRK? Does it give a guaranteed 8% yield /year?
30 Strife Does 10%
00 STRIFE Risk
55 In Fact, they ATM Pretty Much Every Week
26 My wife and I are strongly considering selling our house and renting, not repurchasing, with the idea of deploying most of our equity in TSLA and BTC. We have just under 100 TSLA shares and 0.37 BTC and would like to build our bags to hit the “retire on” targets before things take off, specifically with TSLA. We would have approx. $500k in equity (conservative estimate) after all said and done. This would be a 3-5 year plan at which point we would consider purchasing a home to have stability for our family. We know this could be life changing for us.
