Garlic Sauce — Lebanese Cuisine: Mother's way of cooking

ONLINE.UA Editorial (https://www.online.ua/) managed to visit an inspiring home style on cooking traditional Lebanese dishes in mother's way. This home version allows us to learn for real how families eat in Lebanon: when parents and children gather together at a common table. Madam Dania, assisted by her daughter Carine, shared the secrets of Lebanese homemade dishes with us.

Garlic sauce is very easy to cook, and it tastes good with vegetables and cheese. It is an integral part of any Lebanese shawarma.

You will need:
20 garlic cloves;
½ teaspoon of salt;
1.5 tablespoon of lemon juice;
sunflower oil;
olive oil.

How to cook: mix garlic, salt and lemon juice with a mixer. Add sunflower and olive oil, if necessary, add more lemon juice. Mix until it is creamy.
