Work in Progress | Painting an Arts Trail Sculpture

Snippets into the creation of my lighthouse for the Light the South trail. I jumped on a ferry from the Isle of Wight for a week and went over to Southampton’s West Quay to paint it to raise money for Southampton Hospital.

It was a nice change of pace from my regular studio life and lots of fun to meet other artists and spend some time across the pond from my little Isle.

All these lovely and creative lighthouses were let loose on the world via auction at the Southampton Boat Show.
