Disrespecting Dolphins

It's amazing how crappy I play after several hours of practicing. I was up early (way freaking early) and practiced for hours. I really don't feel like I'm improving much. But I'm still not consistent with my practice schedule even though I have more time. I'm working out on a tune I used to think I knew. I was wrong!
