What the enumeration exercise was like on day one
The National Census started in Kampala amidst mixed responses as some enumerators threatened to lay down their tools, as they demanded for facilitation for their work that had not been given to them. The enumeration exercise was delayed as the enumerators also blamed the lack of equipment, whereas the tablets that are being used to collect personal biodata were accused of not working. NTV visited different localities in Kampala to ascertain the progress of the National Census, as Juma Kirya reports.
