Black Pepper Steak with Broccoli | Meatless Monday Week 44
Another favorite from Vegetarian Plus®! All we did was add broccoli and scallions to this amazing “Straight-Outta-The-Box” dish and served over brown rice. We keep boxes of Vegetarian Plus meals in our freezer so that we can have a flavorful vegan meal in minutes.

Preparation and Assembly Time: 5 minutes (if rice is already cooked)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 - 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 packages (10.5 oz ea.) Vegan Black Pepper Steaks by Vegetarian Plus (VegeUSA®) - thawed if frozen
3 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
2 scallions, chopped
2 - 3 cups cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
Lightly steam the broccoli and set aside. Remove the Vegan Black Pepper Steaks (thawed already) from the package and simmer over medium heat in a skillet for 2 - 3 minutes. Add steamed broccoli and scallions. Stir and turn off the heat. Serve over a bed of rice.
