Fitting Renault FT Engine Liners - Block One
The liners were required for these blocks due to wear and corrosion. Before fitting the liners they were placed in a freezer overnight to shrink them slightly, the block was also heated up to aid the fitting process. A liberal application of engine oil also helped the process run smoothly!
