I advise you communicate through messenger.
Some things you might want to have written down in advance - then cut and paste into messenger:

Your name
Your address
The name of the FreeStyle device you are using
The serial # and expiration date of the device (from box or app)
The name of the blood glucose meter you're using
Screen shots of the wonky (out of range) readings you are getting

Having this information at hand will help to expedite the process.

EDIT: I've had a couple more wonky readers since I made this video and hope my endo can get me on another meter to try.
