TITAN Test Mapping Missions

This was the first attempt at automated mapping. I did intent on carrying two camera, one for RGB and the or for NIR. Unfortuntely one of the servo camera trigger units has developed a fault, so could only fly with one camera. I decided the NIR camera would provide the most value.

I faced a number of other technical issues on the flightline that meant I had to improvise to continue with the testing.

It has become clear that more tuning of the pixhawk is needed to make this an effective mapping platform. At the moment, the plane is being flown too aggressively and too fast. So, time to tone things down a bit.

Hope you enjoyed the footage of the TITAN as much as I enjoyed flying her.
