C64 wiggin out

Recently acquired this Commodore 64 which was working perfectly, until I shifted it and now it's a crazy electric light show. Tried opening it up and pressing a few of the chips in to make sure they were tight and still no gas. Also tried numerous power supplies with no luck based on a forum 's suggestion. Any thoughts?
