The tragedy of the Titanic is well known and has been told many times. But some stories have been burried in the past - Like the story of the men below deck. Our first part of the Titanic special focuses exactly on them and their experiences on board the Titanic.

Based upon eye-witness accounts, this lavish docu-drama reveals for the first time the bravery of nine central characters as they fought to hold back the sea and keep the power systems running, even when they knew that all was lost. Most of these men died – but their actions saved many.
