Executive Chairman NJ Ayuk explains strategic attacks behind Mozambique Conflict on eNCA
NJ Ayuk, Executive Chairman of the African Energy Chamber discusses how the attacks on Palma were strategic to destroy Mozambique’s government’s ability to produce, export gas, fight poverty, create jobs and to make it clear that the government cannot protect oil company personnel or assets.
''Let's not forget that this is about people. We have come too far as African's to stand back and accept this. The energy community needs to step up, this is bigger than us, and the people of Mozambique. We need to give Mozambique the right support.'' he said.
