Total stitches =34+4=38
Row 4 - Slip 1 stitch, Knit all stitches

Row 5 -Slip1,K2,Inc.1,K14,Inc.1,K4,Inc.1,K14,Inc.1,K3
Total stitches =38+4=42
Row 6 - Slip 1 stitch, Knit all stitches

Row 21- Pick 54 stitches from Knitted 13th row pick 1,1 stich from each needle or knit 2 stich together to make 1, repeat the same process in entire row.
