How to make Rasberry Marshmallow Squares I 4K ASMR: Quick Homemade Recipe

Ingredients (4 people)
Marshmallow mass:
-250 g Frozen Rasberries
-1 dl Glucose Syrup
-150 g Sugar
-6 Gelatine Sheets
Sprinkle with:
-2 tbsp. Powdered sugar
-2 tbsp. Corn starch
Method:
- Bring the rasberries to a boil in a saucepan and pass them through a sieve. Weigh 75 g of puree and put it in a pan with glucose syrup and sugar. Heat the mixture up to 110 ° C. Pour the remaining 75 g of puree into a bowl and set aside
- Meanwhile, soak the gelatine in cold water for at least 5 minutes
-Pour the hot sugar liquid into the bowl of cold puree. Twist the water well out of the gelatine, add it, and beat on a mixer or with a hand mixer for approx. 10 minutes until mixture is fluffy and pink
-Mix icing sugar and maizena in a bowl, and sprinkle some of the mixture over a baking sheet. Spread the marshmallow mass on the baking tray and sprinkle a little of the icing sugar mixture over.
-Leave it overnight, then sprinkle the remaining icing sugar mixture over
-Cut the marshmallows into squares, put a few pieces at a time in a plastic bag with a little icing sugar mixture, and shake them around. Shake off the excess icing sugar and store the marshmallows in an airtight container.
