- 2 slices ginger
- 1 star anise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp shaoxing cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp adjinamoto
- 1 tbsp soy sauce light
- Sunflower oil to fry the meat
