|| Egg Mayo Sandwich ||
You can add this easy sandwich in your kid's or your own lunch box, in snacks box or in breakfast. It is definitely a comfort recipe which is healthy, packed of protein and add variety to your daily meal. You can make it ahead and pack it for your day outing if you do not prefer to have outside food.

Serve: 2 person

Ingredients: (1 cup= 240 ml approx.)

Mayonnaise- 4 tsp,
Eggs- 2,
Butter- 3-4 tsp
Bread- 4 slices (You can use brown bread instead of white bread).
Salt and Pepper- as per your taste.

How to make:

Boil eggs and let it cool down for few minutes.
In a bowl, take two hard boiled eggs and mash them with the help of a fork.
Add mayonnaise and mix it well.
Now add pepper and salt to taste. Give it a good mix.

Prepare the bread for grilling:

Take a bread and apply little butter on it.
Add half of the mixture on the bread.
Add little butter on the second bread.
Place them on top of each other.

Place the bread in grilling pan:

Grease your griller or pan with butter.
Place bread slices in the griller or pan.
Close it and let it grill for 4-5 minutes or until it's done.

To Serve:

When sandwiches are grilled properly with nice golden crisp crust, then take it out and cut it half diagonally.

Note: Add mayonnaise only after your eggs get cool down.
