Good evening my friends Andrew here, with another good review of the best projects in Phuket.

In today's review, I will show you 2 good 1br apartments in Utopia Nai Harn condominium and Utopia Loft condominium. This is a brand new project in the south part of Phuket very close to Nai Harn and Rawai beach.

Very good infrastructure in both projects, and you can use both of them.
Restaurants, pools, receptions, security guards, and CCTV all over the place,
the management company, SPA and massage, and other benefits!

Good apartments, good value for that money! 45 sqm 1br apartment with price 138 000 USD with a full furniture package and loft apartment with price 108 000 USD and good size ;) check out the video !!!

Nowadays those apartments having the rental guarantee return program but I don't recommend you to rely on this fact as a key benefit. In my opinion, the best way for the developer and management company how to deal with that financial pressure and obligations is to reduce from 10% to 5-7% annually and start to work with a local market as other completed projects did.

BUT keep in mind that the program can be canceled due to the low occupancy rate because of the things whats going on now.

But at the same time, its good location and area, 3 beautiful beaches around, Rawai, Nai Harn and Yanui and that's a perfect area with many different restaurants and bars and if you ever been to Nai Harn you will remember that area ;)

So in my opinion, if you are looking for a good deal for good money in the south part of Phuket, that might be it, I like the whole idea and concept of the project. Completed project for 108 - 138 000 USD depends on which you like more.
