Before the pandemic, we had lots of things to do during the week. I quickly learned that trying to find, gather, and pack everything each morning was NOT working. So I started doing it in the evening, and VOILA! Smooth running mornings!

On this particular morning, I was getting the kid's school bags, baby girl's dance bag, buddy's t-ball bag, and my diaper bag ready to go! Oh.... Plus the lunches I packed in the last video! Once everything is packed, I put them in my entryway closet (our designated "Launchpad")!
