112th Fighter Squadron STINGERS Visit Patrick AFB for Warmth

Visiting with the USAF 112th Fighter Squadron at Patrick AFB this week. Assigned to Ohio's 180 Fighter Wing, the STINGERS are in Central Florida for some warmth, flying combat training ops offshore against F-15 Eagles from the Massachusetts 104th Fighter Wing, also visiting for warmth.

Doing so provides a chance to develop & enhance interoperability, force integration & gives the squadrons a better understanding of sister service units, conducting Dissimilar Air Combat Training, Basic Fighter Maneuvers, Defensive Air Counter Tactics & Tactical Intercept missions.
