Above is an ACTUAL message that we recently received on Facebook. Sadly, it is WAY too common.
PLEASE! Do your homework BEFORE going to a store to buy a dragon, snake, turtle etc. Don't go to big box store, buy an animal that you know NOTHING about, and then when you're having problems, expect a small business owner to bail you out.
It's not fair to the animal or to the professional breeder to have to make up for an impulse buying mistake.
We love getting messages from you, our viewers. And MOST people that ask for our help are kind and respectful.
BUT! There are the ENTITLED! The few of you that send hate filled comments because we don't answer you 300 question emails about animals bought from our competitors at CHAIN PET STORES ARE US, this one is for you.

In this video we also call out the sad trend of some less than ethical reptile sellers that will sell a baby animal fresh out of the egg to someone that is ill prepared to care for a healthy adult, much less a fragile newly hatched baby, and either CAN"T or WON'T provide them with a solid foundation to build from. Like the guy who tells parents that ball pythons only get 2 feet long and can live in a 10g tank. (You know who you are).
