Hearty winter chili recipe. Hey guys. In today's video I'm going to show you how to make a PRIZE WINNINGhearty winter chili recipe from start to finish. Hearty, comforting and with layers of bold flavor.

DIY Chili Spice MiX:

4 tablespoons chili powder
4 tablespoons cumin
4 teaspoons paprika
4 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Chili Recipe: (my recipe makes 8-10 hearty servings)

2 pounds ground beef
1 pound stew beef
2 green bell peppers chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
DIY Chili spice mix
half a bunch of fresh chopped cilantro
2 cans dark red kidney beans (15.5 oz) drained
1 can black beans (15.5 oz) drained
42 ounces of canned diced tomatoes
4 oz diced green chilis
6 oz tomato paste
1 cup red wine
2 cups of beef stock
