How I Animate: From Start To Finish (It's simpler than it seems! I think...)

Hey guys! So, if you've ever wondered how I animate, this is the video that gives away all of my secrets. Well, most of them. ~Laughs~ Take a look at how I draw my characters, move them into my animation program and bring them to life, step by step. We cover all that in twelve minutes or less so buckle up and get ready for the ride!

About tweening:
So for those who may argue this point, tweening is indeed animation. It's just not frame by frame animation. And, for my work, I use a blended mix of the two. Tweening is a process which mainly involves the manipulation of static pieces to create the illusion of movement, whereas frame by frame animation is drawn scene by scene to give the illusion of movement. Both are methods of animating and both are valid. So don't let anyone shame you if you don't draw your animations completely frame by frame. So long as the results are still pleasing to you, that's all that matters!
