Reviewing Nike Zoom Tempo Next %

I'll be giving my experience with the Nike Zoom tempo next %. I'll describe the colors, the air bubble on the bottom of the shoes, and the give a review after my first run with the shoes.

During the recording, I'll be giving an example of my tempo runs! I usually use these shoes for my tempo recovery runs. Example: running six to eight miles but easy pace. 7:30 pace per mile. The shoes are good for easy runs but if you want the  exposure with the Air bubble form I recommend running at a faster pace. Example, 6:30 pace is perfect for shoes, because it delivers the response from the Air bubble technology.
