Harbor Freight hasn't been known for having the best bench vises. The Central Forge vises that have been around for quite a long time don't have the greatest reputation. Harbor Freight came out with a new line of Doyle Bench Vises. Doyle branded tools have been much higher quality tools than what people have expected from Harbor Freight based on their track record. I think the new Doyle Bench Vises will be a huge addition to the tools offered at Harbor Freight and is a great option being a ductile iron bench vise. I look forward to reviews on this tool to see how it withstands the test of time.
