Goal Setting with Spouse or Partner

Do you have a spouse or partner that isn't into goal setting? My husband thinks I take it a little too far. But it makes me happy so he goes with it.

This year I decided to help him write down his goals. I simply asked him questions and wrote down his answers. It was very easy on his part.

I made sure to do this when he had his hands occupied. He was cooking.

This gave me the time to help him set some goals for the new year in an easy stress-free manner.
