Advancing Spark - Databricks Runtime 7 4 with Constraints, Usage, Rollbacks & More!

Databricks have recently released the Beta of the new 7.4 Runtime, this brings a whole host of usability features and some neat Delta lake enhancements for adding security and resilience to your data models!
