The House Intelligence Committee passes a reauthorization of the FISA Section 702 warrantless foreign surveillance program unanimously after adding reforms the Members say will prevent the FBI from targeting U.S. citizens.

A final version of the annual National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has been released with debate starting in the Senate. We will talk about what is in the bill, and what was left out, with E&E News reporter Andres Picon.
