INGREDIENTS:

Mixed fruit - 575g
Soft brown sugar - 175g
Unsalted butter - 175g
Dried cranberries - 25g
Cherries - 20g
Rind of one lemon
Eggs - 3 medium
Plain flour - 200g
Dried apricots - 20g
Mixed spice - 3/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 3/4 teaspoon
Black treacle - 1 teaspoon
