Here are the three winners of the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 international titles.
The 2025 queens of Miss Supranational Philippines, Miss Eco International Philippines, and Miss Cosmo Philippines were also crowned.
Following the crowning of Ahtisa Manalo as Miss Universe Philippines 2025, the Miss Universe Philippines Organization (MUPH) also named three other Filipino beauty queens to represent the country in various international pageants.

On Friday, May 2, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Katrina Llegado of Taguig was crowned Miss Supranational Philippines 2026.
Katrina Llegado was crowned Miss Supranational Philippines 2026 in her first attempt to be part of the official candidate pool for Miss Universe Philippines 2022, where she earned the distinction of second runner-up. In her second attempt to be part of the official candidate pool for Miss Universe Philippines 2025, where she placed among the finalists, she was later officially announced as Miss Supranational Philippines 2025, once again earning the opportunity to represent the Philippines, this time at the 17th Miss Supranational 2026. Katrina will compete for the title of #MissSupranational next year. Her evolution from her beginnings to the present is simply impressive! The winner of the Miss Cosmo Philippines 2025 title is Chelsea Lovely Fernandez, representing Sultan Kudarat. Her crowning took place during the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 gala, held on May 2 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Philippines. Chelsea stood out among the finalists and was selected to represent the Philippines at the Miss Cosmo 2025 international pageant, to be held in December in Vietnam.
Chelsea Fernandez is no stranger to the world of beauty pageants. In 2022, she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Globe and represented the Philippines at The Miss Globe 2022 in Albania, where she placed among the 15 semifinalists. She has also been recognized for her participation in pageants such as Miss Philippines Earth 2019, where she won the title of Miss Philippines Water. At the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 edition, Chelsea placed among the six finalists, demonstrating her elegance, charisma, and social commitment.
With her designation as Miss Cosmo Philippines 2025, Chelsea is preparing to represent her country on the international stage, bringing with her the cultural richness and resilience of Filipino women.

Gabriella Carballo of Cebu City was crowned Miss Eco International Philippines 2026.
The winner of the Miss Eco Philippines 2026 title is Gabriella Mai Carballo, a native of Cebu City. Carballo is a medical doctor, model, and seasoned beauty queen. Her pageant journey began in 2017 when she was crowned Miss Valentine at Cebu Doctors' University. She subsequently won the titles of Miss Mandaue in 2018 and Miss Cebu in 2022. Now, she will represent the Philippines in the Miss Eco International 2026 pageant, hoping to achieve a back-to-back victory for the country, following in the footsteps of Alexie Brooks, who won the title in 2025.
With her designation as Miss Eco Philippines 2026, Gabbi is preparing to represent her country in the international pageant, hoping to achieve a back-to-back victory for the Philippines. Her combination of intelligence, beauty, and commitment positions her as a standout contender on the world stage.
