Jingle Bells (Caribbean Breeze) I Arti Sounds (Official Music Video)

As you can hear, this is, by rare exception, not a song lyric of mine, but an old classic. I did use the original lyrics from 1850 by James Lord Pierpont.

The first two verses and the chorus of the original 1857 text differed slightly from the version we know today. It is unknown who replaced the words with those of the modern version. The original title is "The One Horse Open Sleigh." And actually, the lyrics have nothing to do with Christmas or Santa Claus, though they are, of course, about winter. I always associate this song with Santa Claus in his sleigh with reindeer, but that doesn’t match the lyrics at all, which talk about a horse. But oh well, I didn’t let that stop me, as you can see in the music video.
