The story

Our exterior door is equipped with a window. To let fresh air in at night - and keep the mosquitos out - we've installed a velcro mosquito net about two years ago. However, it was deteriorating very quickly, so it was time for an alternative. Because the space between the window and the frame is limited, we needed a flat bug screen. Luckily, I found one at our local Hardware store (but a similar product is also available on Amazon). The first part of the video is about the current situation, the trip to the hardware store, and the removal of the velcro screen. The second part is about installing the new magnetic #window #screen. The install is not very difficult (see the 9 step tutorial above). The most challenging part is to keep the window screen square by not putting it under too much tension. In the end, we're very happy with the end result. The quality of the product is good. The fiberglass mesh is nice and thick, and the screen is easy to remove and clean!
