Does it Work? Custom UV Rubber Stamp Kit with Epoxy Resin Dragon Handle

In this video I shall be testing a UV custom stamp making set with a jade effect dragon handle.

To make the stamp you will need to create light-blocking stencil and require a 36W UV nail lamp to cure the stamp film.You could either laser print your design onto transparency film or cut a stencil from vinyl like I did.
