The Complex Update! Evictions, Lost Windows, New Roof, and Possible Break-ins

I bought the complex a few months ago for $550,000. It is a 7-unit property with 1 possible 3 bedroom houses, a tiny house, 4 one bedroom apartments, and a 2 bedroom apartment.

The property was a mess when I bought it with 4 units occupied and 3 units vacant. The tenants have been paying rent except for one so we may have to do an eviction, the roof is done, but our windows have been lost by Home Depot!

This should be an awesome property once we repair it and stabilize it but it is going slow so far!
