World's Strongest Woman 2018 - Official Strongman Games

The 2018 World's Strongest Woman took place over 7th - 9th December in Raleigh, North Carolina as part of the Official Strongman Games.

Athletes compete over a series of 6 gruelling events:

Deadlift ladder:
365lb, 455lb, 495lb, 515lb

Sandbag Toss 13ft:
25lbs, 30lbs, 35lbs, 40lbs

Overhead Medley:
205lb Axle, 205lb Log, 110lb Dumbell, 190lb Keg

Wheelbarrow Load Race 50ft:
215lb Keg, 225lb Hussafel, 220lb Sandbag

Yoke & Sandbag over bar 50 ft:
600lb yoke, 220lb sandbag

Atlas Stones:
54" 200lb, 52" 225lb, 50" 250lb, 48" 275lb, 46" 300lb, 44" 325lb
