Easy Grilled Steak Roll Ups (BBQ Vortex Weber Kettle)

This is a quick easy cook Roadhouse Style! Thin Sirloin steak seasoned with Uncle Steve's Smoke Bomb Rub, and stuffed with pepper jack and Provolone cheese, bell pepper and onion. Grilled over hickory wood on the Weber Kettle using the BBQ Vortex. I also show how I grill my garlic bread! YUMM!!
