El presidente interino de Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, asegura que el arresto en Cabo Verde del empresario colombiano Alex Saab, demuestra que “no hay intocables" y advierte que todos los venezolanos “deben entender” que la justicia siempre llega, “aunque a veces tarde”. Guaidó señala además que la detención de Saab “no es casualidad”, ya que el Parlamento llevó a cabo una investigación desde el 2016.
